Nelsen's Hall Bitters Pub in Washington is where tons of local patrons go and they have stayed loyal to the pub as well. Tom Nelson was once the owner used to serve 90 proof bitters as a stomach tonic during the Prohibition. Today, patrons take a shot of bitters to join the "Bitters Club." Nelson died in the apartment above the club many years ago and it is said that he still lingers there in spirit watching over his once establishment. Many have described creepy feelings while being in the pub, feeling as though there is some sort of presence among them.
