A young man's apparition has been spotted at this coffee shop. Reports say he is dressed as a bellboy and appears in the downstairs of the building. An elderly woman's ghost has also been seen in the main lobby of the building. In 1880, a woman named Mrs. Paige died in the building, leaving many to believe that the spirit is her.
